Cannot upload favicon

Hi there.
I'm trying to upload a favicon for a website  I made, but keep getting this message:
"Unable to create favicon from this file.  Please try a different file."

I've tried resizing it (making sure it's a square of 64x64 pipxels), I've tried saving it as a .jpg, a .png and even a .ico, but still keep getting the same message.

The website in question is www.dragancraft.com

Please advise and assist.

Hi @geyiketto This thread is a bit old and that issue should be resolved. What is the name of your website and the size of the file you are trying to upload?

I am having this problem too!

I have like 20 versions it isn't taking any of them. I have checked the sizes.
