Can't Delete Empty Color Block

I can't remove the color block. 
I really don't want to remove the app and re-do everything.

I found a workaround without deleting the app. Create a new page and mouse over the upper left corner of the block and click on the arrow. move the block to the new page and then just delete the new page.

Same issue came up with me.  I found that even though the grab handle and delete symbol had disappeared, I could still access the settings by clicking inside the element. After a simple and random change of settings, the missing stuff reappeared.

I am having the same issue! Is there a way to fix it? Does weebly customer support need to step in?

What page of your site is the element on, @spelluru? I could try removing the element for you. You can also go to Settings > My Apps, click on the "..." to the right of the color block element, and then choose the remove/delete option. This will remove all color block elements from your site. I would make sure you've moved any content you had in them out of them first, though, otherwise they'll get removed with the elements.
