Can I change the type of site my domain is?

I have two domains with Weebly. One lets me create landing pages, the other does not. 
The one that does not let me create landing pages appears to be set as a store site, and the other (which does let me create landing pages) is obviously not set as a store site. Can this be changed? 

I want to create a landing page on the site that is set as a store.

Hi @GregDea I think it has to do with the theme.. Can you please clarify the site name that you do not see the landing page option?
