Blog Partial display

Hi,

I'd like my blog to display more than one blog on a page, but in a shortened, partial form - with just an image, title and a few lines of text, which could then be clicked on to go to the full blog page. This is kind of what I want to do: http://architectweebly.weebly.com/blog  Can anyone explain how to display a blog that way? Thanks!

Hey @oxfordalchemy!

If you use the "read more" element in your blog posts, your main blog page should look like that automatically.  Anything after the "Read More" element is hidden on your main blog page but shown on the post's page.

Hi Adam....I've inserted the "read more" tool into my blog post, and it displays, but on the index page, where I'd like a bit of the text to show up, just the title displays.

Do you have the "Read more" element before all of your content? @MWF? You might need to split some of your content into multiple text elements so you can put the read more element in between some text.

I know this was 4 years ago, but can i get an update of this? Because Im using the read more element for the index, and it doesnt seem to work. What I want to do is what the person of the question said.

Never mind. I got it. Thanks for the solution by the way. It was getting hard for me to find it.
