Abandoned Cart

I have the business plan but i also want to include abandoned carts.   It increases the charges but i am on monthly charges which is easier for me.   If i agree to it does it stay as monthly, bit confused as the site show the yearly charge against my account.   regards  Susan

Hello! You should be able to upgrade through the Upgrade menu to Performance, and it should stay as Monthly, so long as you select that in the upgrade process.

I can't figure this out! When I go to upgrade it brings me back to the SiteBuilder log in!

Really sorry again for the troubles on this. It doesn't sound like SiteBuilder can enable that feature through their platform.
