Warning Insufficient HTTPS coverage on your site

My site is indexed and going ok but my organic ranking is low I have this warning coming up on the google webmaster tools

I have searched around the community for info some say the SSL needs to be active mine is it also comes up not secure sometimes at the start of the URL. Some guidance please.

"Your site has no URLs with a good page experience warning Insufficient HTTPS coverage on your site"

I checked your site and it shows as secure for me, @stuart0208. If you're having trouble you'll want to contact your current host, though, since we don't have access to accounts built using Weebly through third party hosts.
