My Website not accessible from other Countries

Hello,

Hope everyone here is dong fine. I have my website running fine here in India. While my clients unable to access the same from USA, Africa and may be more... What is the reason and what is the permenant solution please?

Note: I have my website running on a subdomain for free.

A quick response would be really appreciated.
