How do I add Tracking Code to a Call Us image

Hi

Just wondering if anyone can help. I want to be able to track conversions etc from buttons on my site eg Call US, Email Us etc. I have Google Analytics already but in Adwords it gives you the option to do more tracking. AND YES I don't really know what I am talking about haha

What do the instructions tell you to do in order to add tracking for that? I'd imagine they tell you to add or make some kind of changes to your site in order to support that.
