We recently upgraded to Promote for our non-profits website. We don't even have a store and need to integrate forms from our site and our email system but the promote system is entirely geared toward sales. We need more contact categories (Business/Organization Name, Position, etc.). We are trying to replace MailChimp where you can designate your own categories when importing contacts. Please add more flexibility for non-profits or non sales oriented sites.
