Can login to web app but not ios app

I can login in with email and password on web app but not ios app. I have changed my password several times and rather frustrated at this point.

Any help?

Did this issue start happening recently, or is this the first time you have tried using the app? Do you have any errors, and can you post a screenshot if you do? Can you also confirm the URL of your website?
