weebly site is not looking right on mobile splash header help

i have built my site to where im comfortable with it for now. then when i went online on my phone its not making me happy anymore. 

it is zoomed in and has a horizontial scroll bar. weebly said it was all my apps so i deleted them all.

still did it.

then they said it was the theme i selected changed theme still did it.

is it just the splash header causing this?

very frustrated with weebly at the moment.

if i posted this in wrong area. however i solved the problem with shrink the facebook plug in pixel size.
