site doesn't function properly on mobile devices
I am building a website with Weebly that looks good on a laptop but the individual page features do not work correctly on a mobile device at all!! The website is a terrible mess on my mobile browser! I've tried changing themes and every 'responsive' theme is just as useless on a mobile device as all the others.
This incredibly poor service is unnaceptable and it makes designing a website with Weebly a completely negative experience and a total waste of money - who doesnt use a mobile to surf websites online? Having researched this complaint on the Weebly forums its obvious that this is a common complaint - and the fact that this important issue has been brought to Weebly's attention several years ago and the problem hasnt been resolved is a disgrace! For example, I read about the exact same issue posted by a weebly subscriber in 2017 and I was horrified that the Weebly support answer that supposedly 'solved' the problem was using a third party app (Column Lock) - in other words not actually addressing the underlying technical coding problems. I cant believe that this problem hasnt been sorted out. I'm so unhapppy about this.
Please help!!!
Thanks

Hi @terpsichore Can you please post a link to your site and give us some examples of the problems you are having with the mobile view?

Thanks Benadette,
Here's a link to my site:
When viewing and navigating my site on a mobile device you will quickly see that everything looks and functions differently. On the mobile the placement and structure is not consistent with the computer layout design - for exmple on the home page (pharmacie) the main image with text and link is reordered on the mobile and the original design is lost. This is a recurring problem on all the other pages. Incredibly exasperating!
The other main problem is that the different scrolling options (parallax and reveal) do not function atr all on a mobile device - this is equally frustrating and so exasperating. Please help as my site on mobile looks completely unprofessional.
Thanks

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, parallax and reveal do not work on mobile devices. The order issue can be fixed, but you will have to rearrange the elements on your page by using the blue guide lines. I believe I made a detailed post on here when I was assisting another user. I'll see if I can find it.

Okay, this post has an example of how you need to line up your elements. I know there's a couple other posts on this site that has some gifs that show how I lined up the elements in the correct columns, but I'm having a hard time finding them. Let me know if the link I posted help you understand, and if you are still having trouble fixing the order I'll see if I can help you out.
