From your account dashboard, go to Settings > Checkout and disconnect from whichever checkout provider you are connected to. Once you do that, you should be able to edit the options below and change your currency. After doing that, reconnect to the checkout provider you were using before.
Note that if you have a Square Online account your currency is set by your Square account and cannot be changed.
