how do I add text boxes - from 2 boxes in a row to 3?

I have started a new job and there are no instructions on how to manage our organisations page on weebly.

We had 3 boxes on a row with text and image but as I had to remove one it has now made it only 2 boxes but I want 3 so I can add new information in the empty box.

How do I do this?

You should be able to drag a new one over. Use the blue lines as a guide to see where they will be added.
