how do I add a file after upgrading
i have just upgraded to the pro plan from the basic one as i could nt upload a digital file and weebly recommended to upgrade to pro,i still cannot upload digitsl files ,do i now have to upgrade to business?
This should be made a little clearer in explanation
also if i want to go back to my basic paln how do i get a refund for the upgrade price difference

Are you trying to create a digital item that you can sell on your site, or are you trying to upload a specific file type to your website?

yes im trying to upload digital files and im a bit dissapointed as i upgraded to the pro account.When i looked at the features of this it said sell up to 25 itmes with a little information icon beside it.When i clicked on this icon it says sell digital goods,physical items or services but then when i try to download a digital item it wont let me till i uograde to business
is there another way I can upload a digital file but password protect it or something until someone purchases it im finding this very frustrating
having said all that i do love weebly

Very sorry for the frustration! I recommend reaching out to the support team so they can confirm the expected features for the plans available to your account. I was under the impression that the digital option was only available for the top two plans, but if you see something different they may be able to give you some type of discount for the upgrade.
