I've created a coupon code, with a $ Discount of $50. The coupon is allowing customers up to $150 discount! If the customer purchase total is over $50 it is not charging them for the remainder over $50. I've also created a $100 coupon and they are getting $300 discount. See screenshot. Any assistance is appreciated as I've waited on hold and submit an email ticket and had no response.
