It sounds like your buyer is pretty confused; there's absolutely no way they could make a payment directly through your site if you're not connected to a checkout provider and have products to purchase. Did they make a paypal payment to "ameliaahyou@weebly.com"? That will sit in a pending state until paypal finally cancels the transaction, since there is no paypal account under that email address. If they did do that, they should contact paypal to cancel the transaction.
