I don't know what happened or if it's just my interent right now or what, but when I visit my site that I am developing to a personal art site, http://theartarchive.weebly.com , the CSS doesn't load?? After refreshing a few times it will load. I don't know anything about coding so I can't figure out what's wrong, please help?
