Why is Apple Pay and Google Pay not working?

When I try to check out this isn't an option. I was trying this on my Iphone. I have the Apple Pay and Google Pay turned on.

Hi @SouthernStar I noticed this wasn't showing up in my test account earlier. I think there may be a current issue, but I'll need to check in with support. What is the name of your site and can you also confirm if it is not working on desktop as well? Thanks!

Are all your items pickup-only, @SourthernStar? I didn't see it either on my iPhone, although we haven't yet released Apple Pay/Google Pay specifically for pickup  (it's currently shipping-only). This should be changing soon, though.

Apple Pay still not working on my website. I got in touch with support several days ago and they said it's a bug and could not give me a time for when they were going to fix this issue.  Anyone else experiencing the same issue ? 
Apple Pay is enabled but does not appear in the options at check out.

I'm sorry to hear, @Ilaria Smiley Sad We are never able to provide etas on open bugs since they can vary so widely from case to case. As soon as the engineers have a fix, though, you will be updated via support ticket.

Well this is not really fair to your customers. I've been told to just wait patiently but I am not sure you're doing anything to offer the full service I am paying for. Ten days have past now since I raised my tickets ( and if it's a bug you're probably been aware of it way before) but nothing has changed.

I'm so sorry, @Ilaria It looks like the system may have closed the ticket. Did you receive the auto-reply on the 6th asking you to respond to the ticket if you still needed help? I don't think the ticket would reach the reps unless you sent an additional reply.. 

From what I can see in the account, everything looks setup properly. I don't have an Apple pay setup, but Adam might. I can have him check when he gets in tomorrow. Beautiful artwork, by the way! I read the description on Keys and I'm super impressed. I've never heard of this type of technique before!

Quick update..  please disregard what I said about the closed ticket. I didn't realize you had multiple tickets with support. You DO have an active ticket with advanced support. It is #46119697

Hi Adam, we are a pick-up only store and neither Apple Pay, nor Google Pay seems to be working on Facebook browser/Safari even though it's toggled on. In Chrome (on iOS), only Google Pay works. Any luck with this?

Hi Ran. Is this happening within a browser on desktop or mobile? I believe we had/have an open bug about an error with Apple Pay on mobile. A private browser seems to work, though. Can you please confirm?

My Site has Google Pay working but not Apple Pay. I dont wanna just show Google pay so I turned that off but I really want Apple Pay to work. Ive tried toggling the buttons over and over to no avail

Hi @sergeyzd I checked with support, and there is an open bug regarding this issue. Apparently it will show up in a private session, though. I'll send you a followup email later this afternoon so that you will receive an update once the issue is resolved.

Side note, the khachapuri on your site looks AMAZING! I've never had it before, but I was drooling. Heart

We are having the same issues with out ApplePay. We are a restaurant and at the moment, due to Covid-19 75% of our business is take-out. Our guests are upset that they aren't able to use ApplePay.

Do you have any idea when this will be resolved?
