Unwanted image in footer that I can't delete

An image appears in the live version of our website (on every page in the footer), but it does not appear in the footer in the build and so I cannot see how to delete it. How do I get rid of it??

Thanks for posting, @Jane5. I've removed the image for you within the site editor, so all you need to do is publish your site again.

I was able to remove the image from the footer area. You will just need to login to the site editor, and republish the website.

Hi @Bernadette 

I've just changed my website over to a new theme (time piece - clean lines), having had the same theme for circa 10 years. There's some messed up junk at the bottom of the page. I just can't work out anywhere to delete it myself. Looking on the inspect tool on Chrome, it shows a rouge div line, once I delete this on the inspect tool, the website shows and operates as it should without this junk at the bottom. Is this somwetihng that can be recified for me? I've searched through the theme html/css with a fine tooth comb and can't find anywhere to remove it, be it on the main, footers, headers etc.

Any help here would be massively appreicated.
