Two IP address

Hi

I have two IP addresses for one domain: monicacarroll.com.au

I can't get the page up - keep getting 404 -- How come?

Are either of these the correct IP address?

199.34.228.77

or

199.34.228.164

Have tried everything I can - can't fix this 404 error.

Please help!
