Transferring Starter plan to a new site

Hi,

I wish to transfer my starter plan to a different site (From Colour Feng Shui -> My site) due to website redesign. I have already clear out the domain name. Please help to transfer the starter plan to a different site.

I've moved your site upgrade over for you. The other site should show as upgraded in about 15 minutes or so.

Anyhow, please can you transfer my plan from my "Old Silverkiss...."  site to "Silverkiss...."  Thanks.

I think that I can swap the publish domains myself.

Hi Ian 😊 I moved the plan over for you. Please let us know if you have trouble updating the domain name. You will first need to change the original site address to a Weebly subdomain in order to unlink the custom domain.

Hmmm, swapping the plans over isn't as easy as I thought.

I couldn't transfer my old site to a weebly subdomain without signing up for a plan.  So, I took a copy of the site and deleled the 'original old' one.  Can't link the 'new old' one to a weebly domain for the same reason..

I've unpublished old and new sites.  So, now there should be nothing linked to my custom domain.

However, my new site goes through the process of connecting to my custom domain, but it doesn't actually complete.  No error msg.

So, please can you transfer

-   Silverkiss Jewellery to silverkiss.co.uk
-   Old Silverkiss Jewellery to ianatesting.weebly.com or similar

It looks like a rep was able to move the service for you. You will need to unassign the domain name from the original site by changing the site address to a Weebly subdomain. Once you do this, the domain will be available to use on your new site. 😊
