Hi, I'm currently having issues with the store not adding shipping to products for this website:

I have set up shipping weights for each of the products and set in the shipping setup the following different rules for pricing:
UK
- single
- Album
Europe
- single
- album
ROW
- single
- album
I am unsure as to why they aren't working and not clear on what the cap is as I have the following note at the top:
You can create unlimited shipping rules and rates, but they will not be available to customers until you upgrade. Upgrade now.
My question is, is the shipping not being added as I have too many rules and need to upgrade? I can't seem to find out what the limit is.
