Hey all,
I had a Mailchimp pop up on my site which I no longer want as it won't close. I am losing too many site visitors becasue of it. I am sure I have removed all the embed codes and have checked the entire editor on the site and I still keep getting the pesky monkey pop up coming up.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what else I might do?
TIA
Lee

I was able to find it in the header section of the html/css editor. Look for a line that starts/ends with script and includes c,h,i,m,p (with commas) towards the beginning. Hope that helps!

To remove that popup, go to Website > Pop-ups, then click the "..." button to the right of the popup you have on the bottom of the page.

Hi @Zsolt I don't see a Mailchimp popup on your site. Were you able to remove it, or is it on a specific page? Usually we suggest checking under Settings>SEO>Header/Footer, or hover around your pages in the editor to see if you see a blank looking rectangular element. This usually indicates the Embed Code element and if you click into it you'll be able to see what html code it is, then delete if needed.
