Refund

I made a major mistake!!! I bought the business plus for my bosses website so I could sync inventory with square only to find out later weebly and square don't sync inventory I spent $300 dollars on it and need a refund. I can't get a hold of weebly. Need help!!

I would like to request a refund for my weebly subscriptions. I paid for the basic and then upgraded one level, I would like both refunded as the service is not what I am looking for. I also purchased a domain, which I would like to keep.

HI @Kbn99 I responded to your other post, but do you plan on using the domain name with a different hosting company? If not, you would need to keep you site on a paid hosting plan.

Hi @PhillipBernhard I can help you out with a refund, but the site will not be able to remain connected a custom domain. You can keep the site published to a Square subdomain, though. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

Hi @sheanakamohai It looks like you purchased two hosting plans, but did not upgrade your site assigned to a custom domain. Do you want to keep the domain and apply one of the charges to the site so you can use it properly, or are you trying to refund all of the services you purchased including the domain name?
