Product marked as Unavailable
I am having so much trouble starting my new website and I am getting so frustrated!
I only have 3 items listed as of this morning. I was somehow able to upload the 3rd whereas before it was giving me the same problem I am having now.
All is fine when I am going through the steps of the initial upload, but when I save it shows that the product is not available. I click back into the product and under the visibility tab, unavailable is selected with the error message: "This item can't be sold online because it's not fulfillable at any of your locations. To fix this, make sure you have enabled In-Store Pickup for your locations, or modify the availability at those locations by going to your Square Dashboard."
I have been trying to figure out this problem for 3 days now. Through square, it is saying I cannot sell the product online because it is variable. I only have one variation of the item and can't figure out how to solve this issue.

Do you have the product listed as in stock for the location that you have synced with Weebly, @scrunchiebri? To check that, click on an item in your square account, then click the edit locations link. You'll want to check that for the location that you have synced.

Adam, I'm not even sure what this means - lol. I'm having the same trouble. This new interface is really challenging. Chugging on to figure this out. Just listed a class, called it an Event. Hope that didn't screw me up ...

If your product says "unavailable" you should see a link that will direct you to Square's end. Are you familiar with the Square dashboard at all?

My store is also showing products as "not available". I have read through all posts about this item, but haven't figured out what is my problem. I need some help!

Hi @kpk It looks like the two items in your store are digital goods. You must be on one of the top two plans in order to sell digital products. I apologize for any confusion.

Could you pass the message to the management of Weebly that this is not ok. I will not upgrade anything until I can't test is it even working. It took so much time to figure out the problem, there is no information about restrictions about digital products, how can client be sure that the the rest of your product is better quality?
I understand that the company sees good opportunity to earn more money, but the result is that I'm going to create my store elsewhere and most probably my site follows. I'm sure, I'm not the only one.
