How do I make the logo & navigation menu area at the top stay the same size when scrolling down?

It is fixed at the top of the page but it changes color and gets smaller when scrolling down the page.

I want it to stay white and the same size.

This is when viewed on a PC.  It actually gets slightly larger (and changes color) on the mobile site.

I'm using the "Purple Haze" theme.  My website is www.timberfire.com

I'm hoping this is a simple mod in the CSS but the last time I coded anything it was in Cobol and Fortran.

I mostly use canva to make an HD Logo. Moreover, when we navigate down it will be smaller

This may have just gone over my head and I appreciate the response but I'm not sure how it solves my issue.

I want the top bar to stay the same size and same color when scrolling like the onle in the website you linked.

I'm just not sure how to do it.
