Please help me, I can not change image... is that bug??

I'm editing a page, but when I change the image, only the same image appears.
For example, if you upload an image of A, and then upload an image of B, the image of A will still be displayed.

I want to line up the A image, the B image, and the C image, but there are three A images in a row.
Is this a bug?

Incidentally, the image file is in PNG format.

Please help me.

prob i would delete the image with the x and but b in a new one in its place

Are all of the images the same file name, @rightstaff?
