Not the admin of my Google Workspace cannot set up or approve domain email
Hi,
I'm in email hell. I can't approve / set up my domain email because I think I'm somehow not the administrator, I try to follow the steps in the email they sent and I just go in a loop without anything ever happening. When I try to sign in with y domain name it says I don't have the password, when I try to recover it says that I'm not the admin. I have a work email and I think it has taken over my account somehow.
When I open the email on Weebly it says it is being configured. When I try to open gsuite it says it is owned by a "reseller"
Ive reached out to community managers on Weebly but no one has responded. About to cancel all my weebly domains/sites. So beyond frustrated by this situation. I need the email for an important business launch.
I chose weebly because everyone said it was easy but it is a NIGHTMARE.

I am having the same issue, I purchase a google workspace account with my domain name and I can't access my email. I tried to approve the email and it sent me into a loop. I think I don't have administrator privilledges for some reason. I went to my inbox on Weebly dashboard and it says it is being configured. I think this is because I could not approve the workspace. When I go to login on my domain email the password is incorrect, when I try to recover password it says my account is with a "reseller" and to contact them- which is Weebly.
My domain is artfulideasclassroom.com and [email protected] is the email. PLEASE HELP!!

I figured it out on my own, I will try to help you!
So what I had to do was to "remove" my work google workspace account from my personal computer chrome browser. Go to the right upper corner where your accounts are all listed on google. Then hover over the icon of your other account (if you have workspace on another account it is likely the culprit) then it will say "remove account?" say yes or confim. Then restart or reinstall the browser, I just restarted then signed in to google using my domain email address and I was able to verify the workspace account. The only weird thing was my password had changed so look out for that, I think it changed to the password I initally registered for Weebly with many years ago.

Hi I am having problems verifying my domain email with Google workspace. It won't let me approve via the instructions in the email, I just go on a loop of typing in passwords and ending up at the same menu. When I try to sign in on any google account I have including the domain account. When I try the domain account it says password incorrect so I try to recover password and says that it is "resold" and to contact "reseller" AKA Weebly. I try to enter inbox on Weebly and it says it is being configured. I see this issue on the threads and it seems that I am not the administrator- can someone please help!!
