No response from Support

I have been trying to pay for my account and even prior to it expiring I could not access my payment area.

I have tried Customer support and cannot wait any longer to chat in the chat, or sit on the line!

Please, will admin get in touch with me and instead of an automated reply to my numerous emails to support in the past couple of weeks allow me access to my portal in order that I may pay... susancookjahme.com, Thank you

You are logged into the wrong account, @painter_writer. Can you please log out and log back in with the email that begins with skjahme@

Once logged in you will be able to extend you service from the Account tab in the top right side dropdown.
