Best way to offer pricing discount on returned container?
I own a cidery, we make hard cider (alcoholic) that we sell in 32oz bottles to go (growlers)
Once you buy a growler you can re-use the bottle, I am trying to have an item for each item of cider we sell, and each will have two prices - one for a growler i supply and one for the customer supplied growler that gets returned and swapped for a new one. I was able to add this easily with variations but I also would like to track inventory, i dont see a way for the inventory track to tie together all the variations into an inventory count, is it possible? or is there a better way to do this?
When we were able to have our tasting room open we would ring up the empty growler as an item and the fill as an item, i dont think people will do this properly online.

Thanks for reaching out, @spokeandspy It's not currently possible to track inventory for variations in this fashion. You would need to list the two options as separate Items.

hi bernadette, i poked around a litlte and decided to create the growler fill item that is the price of the fill and use weebly item options to include "i need a growler +$5" or "i dont need a growler" with no up charge. hopefully customers use the options properly. it looks like this will properly track items in inventory.
