Need help with header on computer and phone

I'm building websites on weebly now nd it look good on the computer but in the phone you only can see a bit of the header picture. 

Is it posible to make it show the same on the phone like it does on the computer?

Because of the different screen dimensions it can be tough to get an image to look correctly on every single device. For example, turn your phone sideways and you'll see that the image looks better. This is because the header is wide but not tall, which matches what you have on a computer or your phone when turned sideways.

It is possible to make it behave a little differently but you'll either need to use CSS customizations to control how the image behaves, or try using something like the "Hide" app to hide some content on mobile so your section is much shorter in height:
