My videos and radio spots are gone

And I can't get a hold of anyone. 

My site is my portfolio. I don't have the originals for most of my work. I renewed yesterday but all radio and television spots were gone this morning. 

Can't find chat button. The email that pops up when you hit "contatct" they literally never answer those I've sent those in the past which is why I use chat usually. There is no phone number.

I really need those videos and radio spots restored. It's literally the whole reason I pay for the site. I can't believe they deleted them.

It was the weirdest thing. I had to go back into weebly and "Publish Site."

Luckily, it is all there now. I have no clue why it would not have been, but it is now.

I was freaked because I recently changed agencies and it was 4 years of my best work I did not have any backups for. 

I've now saved the videos separately in case anything should happen. That had not even occurred to me before so maybe a silver lining. 

As for the radio spots though, I can't seem to grab them. They're on my site but the method I used to copy the videos did not work.

Prob not your area, but if you know of a way so I can have a copy of those as well, that would be great.

Hi again. Super happy to hear your content was safe and sound. Can you post a link to a page with the radio spots? I'll have to check to see how they were uploaded and displayed.
