My pictures keep disappearing from my published website????

I created an updated website for my business and uploaded a number of pictures.  One by one they have been dissapearing from my published site.  When the site is live, where the pictures should be, are small boxes with a ? inside.  I advised weebly a couple of weeks ago and was told to reload all pictures.  I did (took over 3 hours) only to find that one by one they dissapeared again.  Weebly said its a bug in the system, which isn't helping my business website, my sales are down due probably due to the fact that my site looks half built.  Does anyone know how to over come this or how long it takes weebly to fix?

Did you delete any of these pictures within the editor, @macey1967? This kind of thing can happen if you add an image element to your site, publish, then delete the element within the editor. Even though you didn't re-publish, deleting the element in the editor also deletes the image file you uploaded.

I was asked to replace the pictures.  On editing the pictures I could see the pictures were there (its only when published they begin to dissapear), I simply pressed replace image, and replaced it with the same image (if that makes sense). Weebly thought this would solve the issue, but it didn't.  Some of the images remained, but one by one they started to vanish again?  I've been told its a bug, so not sure what I can do?  I'm not very technical minded

After replacing images did you re-publish? Sorry for the extra questions, I just want to make sure I'm understanding all the steps.

Once each picture was replaced, yes I did republish, but it had the same problem, pictures not showing on the published site, but they are showing in the edit site at weebly.  Its once published that they dissapear and all im left with is a little box with a ? inside.  I have to add its not all of the pictures that vanish, probably about a 1/3 on the site that do

I think it's going to need a second look to see why that might be happening.

I have submitted several requests, its been over 3 weeks now and still the problem hasn't been resoled, I don't even know if anyone is looking into it any more.?

I deleted all pages and rebuilt, publising under .co.uk, then duplicated to my .com site.  On the .com site, many of the pictures and links dissapear, all I'm left with is little boxes with ? symbols inside.  I have reported this several times, have had no joy.  I am now looking at closing my weebly account and having to transfer to another provider.  Before doing this, I at least want to attempt to fix it myself.

I have deleted my .com site and copied the .co.uk site, but still the problem persists

I see a few different .co.uk sites in your account, @macey1967. Which one is it that you see this with?

Hello, the problems are on my mia-angel.com site, a duplicate of my mia-angel.co.uk site (which is working fine)  for example see - http://www.mia-angel.com/primrose-coven-spells.html - pictures missing

Ok, thanks for the info. I checked with our engineers and it looks like they're looking into the cause now. I don't know how long it will take for them to resolve the issue, but I let them know that it was affecting your site copies.

I don't have an update yet, unfortunately, although I can see that our engineers are actively working on identifying the root cause.

BUMP This is still a current issue for people, myself included. I would like to see this resolved as it is frustrating to have to randomly reupload banners and images.

Thanks for posting, @jjlehrman. If you switch your site to a standard theme temporarily, does it fix the issue for you?

It looks like this issue is still happening. I am currently building a site and the first product thumbnail looks fine, but the other products in the same category disappear on a web browser only. On mobile, they are all there.

If you run your mouse below the first thumbnail, the other products appear without photos, but the text is squished together. I need this to work for my site launch next week to be successful!

So I just kept exiting and going back in while publishing each time and it seems to have taken care of the issue!  Sometimes I would have to slightly edit the picture and then publish and some pics I just had to re-upload.
