No problem, @DrKeanoRev.  I've downgraded the site to Starter for you.

Hi - I've cancelled my business plan, but I want it downgraded to starter.  How can I make sure this happens?  I want to make sure I don't lose the site.  its for www.thisismilk.co.uk

Hello MrsAPS! Don't worry, you won't be losing your site. If you'd like, go ahead and contact hc.weebly.com, as they can go over the options for changing over your account in detail, and help get you set up if it's still something you'd like done.

I have about this also a question.
If I have to change a business site in a starter site ... will be all store items lost?

And ... also removed all payment data? Or will they be available?

And the link with the payment provider, will thad be remain?

We won't automatically remove the products or disconnect any payment providers, but you won't be able to publish your site again until you remove enough products and have 10 or less. You also would need to disconnect from any checkout provider except Stripe.

Since you just upgraded to Business, I've refunded that charge and removed that service from your site. You should be able to upgrade it to Starter now, @melaninreigns.

Hi @hammycorn20 You have two options. We can refund the full charge and remove service so that you can upgrade to the plan you want. Or, we can remove service and add the credit to your account which you can use towards future billing. Just let me know which option works best for you. Thanks!

Yes, that's right, @hammycorn20. I've refunded and removed your Business subscription for you, so you should see that money back in your account within a few business days. Feel free to upgrade to a different plan whenever you are ready.

Hello thai13! It looks like the Business plan there expired some time ago. If you'd like to switch it down, you may want to contact support to go over potential options.

No problem, @tbridges7891. I removed your business service and gave you a $13 credit for the time remaining. That'll be discounted from the cost of purchasing Pro for your site.

Hi @mikeszuter I've removed the plan for you, adjusted your account credits, and used the credits to upgrade you to the Starter plan. You have about $9 in credit remaining which will auto apply to the next billing cycle.

I would like to downgrade from a business site to starter site and cannot seem to find anyway to do it myself or a number or email to call.
