Move from the old "Weebly Designer" platform to the "Weebly for Web Designer" without interruption?

Have several clients started years ago on the "Weebly Designer" platform. Need to move them to the latest tools available in the "Weebly for Web Designers".  Capturing and utilizing content from existing websites are a must. Also, need to do this without major interruption or downtime. Asking how to?
