Your site is using a really old theme that is not responsive. You can update your theme by logging into the site editor, then clicking Theme > Change Theme. You will be able to preview the site on the new theme before applying it to your website.
All of your content will remain in place, although you may need to recreate the header sections. Please make sure to have any of that content backed up before making the switch. 😊
