Mailchimp Pop Up not working

I am having trouble with a mailchimp pop up showing when a user visits the site.

Here is the code used

I have placed it in 3 different spots

Settings>SEO>Header Code

Settings>SEO>Footer Code

Homepage Header

Website is https://www.collegesuccessplan.com/

Hi @Collin_S. I took a look at your site and the popup seems to working for me. Not sure if this was related to the issue in your other post or if you tried something different:

Thanks for looking into this. I inserted the code and just waited a day and it seemed to either fix itself or just work on its own.
