Internal Order Form Possible without a Payment System?

I want to create an internal company order form for a company store where employees can order their uniforms.  There will not be a cost, but we will be able to get a printout and the employee will get a confirmation of what they ordered - style, size, color, etc.  There will not need to be a payment.  Any ideas how to do this?

Hi @NicMunoz It sounds like you could set this up using a contact form. We have an internal option for contact forms, or you could embed a third party option like JotForm.
