Image Ratio on all individual product pages is square HOW DO I FIX IT?!

I'm seeing that many people are having the same issue. I need my products to appear rectangular instead of square on the product page. I have messed with the only ratio option I can find and it doesn't seem to fix the product image. I can't use this site if every image I'm trying to sell is messed up and cropped into a GD square. I don't know CSS obviously since I'm using this website builder.... HELP  everything is a cropped square.

Did you make changes since posting, @jenayelder1234? The product image on that page looks like a horizontal rectangle to me.
