I cannot edit any items in my store
We've been using Weebly for many years. A few weeks ago, we lost the ability to edit any of our items in our store.
Any time we attempt to make changes and press "save", we get this error...

Can you give us some more details about the error? Can you confirm the site name, and is there anything in particular you were trying to edit?

I'm so frustrated with weebly's terrible service right now.
ONCE AGAIN, I cannot edit ANY ITEMS on my website which is whyharrelson.
The only work around for this problem is to create a new item. This would require me to spend months rebuilding the entire website just to edit current items. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!

i'm having the same problem that i talked about here
i can't edit prices and now having an additional problem because the site editor is only showing up in the Norwegian language (along with getting customer orders from weebly/square in that language).
HELP!

update: by toogling between languages at the bottom right of my dashboard, i was able to finally get it to stay in English, so that appears fixed for now.
but I still cannot edit items in my store.
seeing that weebly/square no longer supports phone conversations (using the previous temporary 8-digit code option), are there any suggestions that you can offer here, please?

Phone and chat support are still available, @wiley as long as you are logged into an eligible account.
Click on the "contact us" button at the bottom of the Help Center, then type "phone support" into the automated chat box. You should see a button for "contact the Weebly team".
Once you select this option you will see a new page with the support teams available to your account. Select the phone option, and a popup will display in the bottom right corner of the screen with the Weebly phone number, and your 8 digit pin that is good for 30 minutes.

good news. i finally got thru to senior support. after almost an hour on the phone, it appears weebly has system error that they're working on. its been two weeks that they've been working on it, but there does appear to be light at the end of the tunnel.

I haven't heard of any updates on this, unfortunately, and it does seem a bit complex.
The only work around I know of at this time is to recreate the item from scratch. I know this can be time consuming, but it may be the best course of action since we are not able to provide an eta for a resolution.
I'll make sure to update this thread if I do hear of any other developments or work arounds.
