Editing Item Layout?

I'd like to alter my product item from the first layout below (the Graflex, with the Description to the right of the picture and the 'Add to Cart' way down at the bottom of the page) to the second one which was someone else's that I found (the bracelet, with 'Add to Cart' near the top). 

I've been through all the forums and everything says to click on Store, but there is no Store option on my dashboard, and nothing in any of the item edit pages to set the layout. The third shot is my Dashboard.

So how do I change my item layout?

Thanks for your question, @Legolas.

Navigate to any item page within the website editor, then click on the Item Details option on the left. Click on Customize, then click on Layout. I don't believe there's an option that changes the order, but any potential layout choices will be there.

Unfortunately when I go to the item page and click Item Details, it opens a popup with the details but there is no Customize option. (I can post a video link to show what I mean).
There is a customize option for the page that shows the list of items, but within the item itself, there doesn't appear to be anything. Yet I know it's possible because the photo of the bracelet page that I posted on my first post shows the layout I'd like. I just can't seem to access it.

Adam's instructions should allow you to edit the layout. Can you post a screenshot of what you see on your end? I wonder if maybe you are not in the right section?

The link below shows the item edit screen I'm in. It can be accessed either via the website editor or via the Item editor - the only difference being that the latter doesn't appear as a popup. 

I can't see any other way of editing the individual item layout.

Close out of that popup and click in the middle part of the editor screen. You should see a new menu panel open up on the left.
