How to add the word 'Menu' to the hamburger navigation icon in 2018 Cento template.

Hi, recently completed my website www.harmonicdesign.com.au and have been surprised by the number of people who don't recognize the action of a navigation "hamburger" icon. I would like to add the word Menu to the hambuger icon of a  2018 Cento template. I've noticed a 2017 general posting re CSS that may work for this but don't know if this can be used with Cento. Any ideas for this query? My CSS knowledge is basic. Thanks

It doesn't look like your site is currently using Cento, which makes it a little tougher to figure out. Were you waiting to switch to that until you had this resolved? The current theme just has the hamburger menu, although it's behavior and structure are different so what might work for that would probably not work for Cento.
