How do you make a back up for my site

I used to be able to go to general settings, find archive and create a zip file that could be emailed. While the instructions still say go to general settings and find archive, the only thing I see in general settings is about setting your products and your shopping cart. I can't find anything that will let me create a zip file back up. Help please.

The archive option should still be available if you log into the editor and click the Settings tab. It is towards the bottom of the screen so you will need to scroll down to access it. Based on your post it sounds like you are looking at the main dashboard, and not within the editor itself.
