How do I verify my account?

Hi!

I have been using Weebly for years. I am now being asked to verify my account using my phone to publish my site. 

So, I added my phone number. But I am getting a notice that the number is not verifiable. The number is an India cell number - where I live. I have added the number to my account and then sought verification.

Please help here.

I need to urgently publish my site.
