How do I start over?

I purchased a professional account and started designing my site. Whilst designing the home pagr, I inadvertantlry deleted the phone contact section. I really want my customers to contact me by phone, but no matter what I did, I didn't have the expertise to reinstate that section.

I think decided to delete my first attempt and start over. 

Now I don't seem to be able to get weebly to allow me past the subscription page, asking fot another subscritption. Can someone help me please.
