How do I request a refund/cancel my subscription?

Hi, i've been looking for the refund request and i don't know how. I didn't know that i would have to upgrade my subscription if i'm selling more than 25 items and i don't wish to proceed. In all, i would like to cancel my subscription and domain name along with a refund.

Hi,

I have been charged a year's subscription in advance to the end of my last years subscription for my domain. I will no longer need the domain and request that the funds be returned for the charges on 03/05/2022. The domain was meant to end in June 2022.

I have deleted my site that was designated for the domain. I will no longer need the domain and would like to cancel the subscription.

How would I do these task? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.
