How do I remove store and downgrade to free site?

I'm adding another site, and to save time duplicated the original (which is pro), I dont want many of the features on the second site, including store which I want to remove. Its quicker to duplicate a site and remove items than start all over again. Keeping the original.  Any help gratefully received Thanks

Go to Store > Products and remove any products you added, and remove any Store pages from your site's navigation by removing them on the Pages tab.  This should for all intents and purposes remove the store from your copied site.

I turned off auto-renew for your Business subscription just now, so it will expire this month and not renew unless you do it manually.

Hi Nina. The site is loading for me, but are you wanting to remove the Business plan? It looks like the service is overdue. In order to keep the custom domain connected you would need to be on one of the paid hosting plans. We have a few plans that might work better for you if you don't need Business. https://www.weebly.com/pricing

Hey there hdRebecca! You should be able to just remove the products from the Store settings for that.

I have removed the items, deletted the page but it still won't allow me to publish, says I need to upgrage teh paypal and when I click that it just goes to the website.

Hi @avadanielle We can remove the plan for you, but you may need to be on a one of the paid plans in order to connect the custom domain name. Your account may be grandfathered to be able to connect the domain you purchased through Weebly. Do you want me to remove the plan now, and you can check to see if the system allows you to publish?

I have the same problem - I only wanted to check out the "store" for future additions to my site but now I can't remove it to 'publish' my site?

So I was wanting to add a store to the site and thought I would have a play around with it, so I added an item to see what it would look like - next thing you know I can't "publish" the site (even after removing all items from the store) and I receive the message "Modify or remove these premium elements and features" being "Custom Domain".  How did I have a Custom Domain, and what is it?

I also can't for the life of me see anything in regards to billing - like where is all my billing info gone.  I'd like to have a store on the site but am now unable to upgrade as I now get the message "Oops Please contact your site administrator to access this feature" - I am the site administrator???

So what do I need to do to add a store to my website?

FYI - I haven't looked at the site for a few months - can still get in the back end of it but it's now 'unpublished'

Hi @GPA It looks like you are logged into the wrong account. Can you log out and sign in with your Gmail address?
