You could try importing your excel sheet to a Google Sheet, then embedding the Google Sheet with the Embed Code element.

I much prefer Adam's way using Google sheet - one reason being the ability to make it "live" - i.e. when any change is made in the original Google sheet the embedded version will automatically update...
