How do I get in touch with Support?

I now get stuck in a loop of automated responses with no option to message Support. How do I message them to say my website is not charging freight today as it should.

Thanks for your post, @KathrynPrice.

If you need to talk to our support team, tell the chatbot that you want to "speak to a representative" and it will provide you options. To your actual issue, though, there are usually a few things to check:

1. Make sure you are upgraded to a plan that includes shipping rates.

2. Check your items and make sure that they have shipping checked as a fulfillment option (you can set this in bulk from the item list).

3. Check your items to make sure that you have weights entered.

4. If your rates are set up based on weight and you're not using real-time shipping, make sure that there are no gaps between the weights you've set up for your rates.
